Slap & Tickle Consulting was founded in 2023 with a clear purpose:

Bring enterprise-level leadership, technical expertise, and operational discipline to organizations that don’t typically have access to it.

After nearly 30 years leading complex IT programs and managing high-performing teams, Garry saw a consistent gap — smaller businesses were expected to operate at a high level, but were rarely equipped with the structure, systems, or insight to do so.

Garry brings a rare combination of real-world execution and academic depth, holding a Doctororate in Information Technology (DIT) alongside decades of experience delivering mission-critical programs.

He set out to change that.

Garry partnered with Sandra, a seasoned Financial Analyst with over 20 years of experience helping organizations strengthen financial operations, optimize resource allocation, and build for sustainable growth.

Together, they combined program leadership and financial discipline to build a consulting firm focused on one thing:
